WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
To join this program, here is what you'll need:

Dumbells ranging anywhere from 8-25lbs (we recommend having a heavy and a light set)

A resistance band
-
A chair or bench
-
Approx 35-40 minutes, 3-5 times a week
