A 6 week, no BS, strength + nutrition program designed to help you build back your strength, feel empowered and reimagine how you can sustainably nourish your body

by joining the 6 week program, you will:

  • You want to gain back your strength, but feel confused about where to start again (it's been a solid year since you've consistently lifted heavy)

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

To join this program, here is what you'll need:

​

  • Dumbells ranging anywhere from 8-25lbs (we recommend having a heavy and a light set)

  • A resistance band

  • A chair or bench

  • Approx 35-40 minutes, 3-5 times a week

​

Unfortunately, there's ALOT of toxic and confusing energy in the fitness industry. So before we go any further, let's clarify a few things:

  • Getting back moving looks different for everyone. We're here to meet you where you are, and support you along the way.

​​

  • We don't believe in hard-core, extreme measures or restrictive dieting. We believe in mindful eating, and being aware which foods make us feel energized and nourished.

​

  • We believe it's OK to want to change your body composition, just as much as it's OK for you to want to keep it the same. All bodies are beautiful. 

​

  • We're in this for the long haul; meaning, we want to support you with simple, actionable tools and resources that can last a lifetime

​

  • This program is nothing earth-shattering. Our guiding principles for a long, happy life include: ​​

    • Vitamins, minerals + sunlight

    • Community 

    • Hydration

    • Movement​

    • A clean nourishing, balanced diet
