No more rushing to find a spot before class or paying for parking. Our large parking lot is right outside of our studio for your convenience.

We are community oriented and welcome all fitness and experience levels. Our on-site staff would be happy to give you a studio tour and equipment fitting to ensure you feel confident before your first class.

PASSES & BOOKING

All class passes purchased within 12 months of our previous closure (ie. March 16, 2019 - March 15, 2020) have been extended until June 15, 2022. If you believe there are passes missing on your account, feel free to email info@staxcycleclub.com so we can review.

Passes can be used interchangeably for all class styles

Booking can be completed upto 7 days in advance

If the class is full, you can join the waitlist. If you do not plan on attending the class if you get in, please remove yourself as the waitlist does move fast.

CANCELLATIONS & WAITLIST​

Classes cancelled 4 hours prior to class start time will be automatically refunded to your account

If you do not cancel within the cancellation period, the class pass will be removed from your account

Class credits and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to never-used or partially-used class credits and memberships.

If you are on the waitlist, once a spot opens up, you will be automatically booked into the class. Therefore, if you do not plan on attending class if a spot opens up, please remove yourself to avoid late cancel charges.

AMENITIES

There are no lockers on site, however there are plenty of hooks in the changerooms to hang your coats and keys. Please do not bring valuables into the studio.

OTHER

Our doors open 30 minutes before class starts, and close 30 minutes after class finishes. Please ensure you arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes prior to class start time, or 10-15 minutes if you are new. We start and finish our classes on time, and do not allow late entry.

Our equipment and studio is sanitized often, with reduced capacity to allow for generous space between bikes and workout stations

Hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout the studio

Class credits and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to never-used or partially-used class credits and memberships.

This location has tap water only. We encourage you to come with your water bottles full.

Guest must be age 16+. Minors need parent or guardian consent and waiver.

Due to the ever changing nature of the Covid-19 Pandemic, new class must be used within 6 months of purchase date. We are also not offering unlimited memberships at this time.
